  • How do I care for my bag charms? To keep your charms looking their best:

    • Avoid Chemicals: Do not expose charms to harsh chemicals, perfumes, or strong solvents.

       

    • Clean Gently: Wipe them with a soft, dry cloth (like a jewelry polishing cloth) to remove fingerprints or dust.

       

    • Store Safely: When not attached to your bag, store them in a jewelry box or the small pouch they arrive in to prevent scratching.

  • Where do you ship? We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, and Australia. We are proud to serve a global community of charm collectors!

  • How long does shipping take?

    • Processing Time: Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days (24–48 hours).

    • Estimated Delivery: For the US, UK, and Australia, estimated delivery is 6–10 business days.

    • Note: While we aim for these timelines, factors like customs or holidays may occasionally extend delivery to 10–14 business days.

  • Will I have to pay import duties or taxes? For our customers in the UK and Australia, please note that government-imposed import duties, VAT, or GST may apply. These are typically the responsibility of the recipient upon delivery.

  • What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items.

    • UK Customers: You also have a statutory 14-day right to cancel your order for any reason.

    • Faulty Items: If an item arrives defective or incorrect, we will provide a replacement or refund and reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.
